[srslte-users] Decodeing error: mcc info of the sib1

Hi,
I have pulled the latest version and the bug has been fixed.
However, the ue program I ran can only decode the SIB1 info, and no SIB2 info was decoded.with no sib2 info, the ue cannot send prach.

The problem should be solved now. Pull the latest version from github and recompile again.

I tested the 15 MHz mode. The mib info can be decoded correctly, but the mcc info of the sib1 cannot be decoded correctly. Pls help check this problem. Thanks you.
