[srslte-users] libLTE renamed to srsLTE

We'd like to let you know that libLTE has been renamed to srsLTE. The
source code can be found at our github repository www.github.com/srslte
and our user and commit mailing lists can be found at
http://www.softwareradiosystems.com/mailman/listinfo/srslte-users and
http://www.softwareradiosystems.com/mailman/listinfo/srslte-commit .
This change does not affect the licensing or open-source nature of the
project but is being made to avoid naming confusion with other
open-source projects.
