[srslte-users] Rapid scan

Thanks Johann,

I've found that, thanks. It's in srsLTE in case anyone else is looking for
it.

I'll customise cell_search to spawn a SIB1 decoder with a second radio for
every cell found.

In that note, am I correct in my observation that a tower with zero traffic
will not be visible by purely passive cell_search? I notice that for my
locations I tested, only one to maximum 3 frequencies have any traffic in
them, one always being the same EARFCN my iPhone is connected on.

Cheers

Balthasar
