[srslte-users] How to send user plane packets using srsUE ?

Hi Dony,

I believe this is the RRC connection timeout. If there isn't any traffic
on the connection, the eNB releases the RRC connection.
If there is subsequent traffic from the UE, it will trigger the random
access procedure to reestablish the connection. If there is subsequent
traffic from the network, it will page the UE, resulting in the same
random access procedure.
