Hi Robson,
I'm not an expert on the topic, but maybe I can offer you my 2 cents to help out :)
So first of all: as far as I remember you can specify UHD arguments to all examples, and via UHD arguments it is possible to decide which channel is to be used.
About your second question: it should be possible, but I'm fairly sure hardware limitations of the B210 (mainly a huge amount of crosstalk) would make this impossible to do.
