[srslte-users] Getting srsUE up and running

We checked the eNodeB functionality using a Samsung mobile (in a shield
box) tethered to a PC and did FTP downloads with no issues noted but were
unable to get the B210 to connect. I tried connecting the B210 in a shield
box as well as via direct cable (with adjustable attenuators) but had no
luck. I've attached a zip file with several logs (not sure they're really
useful since the output is similar to, but not exactly like, the previous
logs) and am working on getting the eNodeB/network logs.
