[srslte-users] Using RF B channel of B210

Thanks Domi, we are trying to modify rf_uhd_imp.c
<https://github.com/srsLTE/srsLTE/blob/master/srslte/lib/rf/rf_uhd_imp.c> by
adding two  functions of wrapping "set_rx_subdev_spec" and "
set_tx_subdev_spec"
Hopefully it will work.
