[srslte-users] srsUE RRC connection released

...the continuation of a previously hijacked thread.

After explicitly setting time_adv_nsamples and burst_preamble_us values for
a B210 we were able to see responses to the uplink messages from the ue but
it seems we're now seeing similar behavior as stated by Domi in his
"Getting srsUE up and running" thread, ie the srsUE sends the Attach
Request followed by measurements then a RRC Connection Release. I've
attached a couple of log files.
