[srslte-users] Failed to get Release 10(?) bcch_dlsch messages.

Can you send the dumped core from srsUE and the ue.log file please? Set the
logging to info for all layers please. Release 10 should be backwards
compatible with Release 8 so that shouldn't be a problem at all.
