HI Enes,
I think I detected a bug in how the TBS is computed for Format1C scrambled
with SI-RNTI. Can you please checkout the latest master of srsLTE and
recompile again both srsLTE and srsUE? Make sure the compilation is clean
and you link against the new libraries (ie better make uninstall if you did
and remove build directory).
