[srslte-users] 20% of PDCCH miss

Hi, 

I have noticed that the pdsch_enodeb/pdsch_ue examples always report 20% of PDCCH miss using the most recent release, however this does not happen using  the prior version.

This issue also raised in the github repository:

Just wondering if anyone else has seen the same issue. Is this a bug in the new version?
