[srslte-users] Why setting sampling rate multiplied by 4?

Hello,
I was trying to understand srsLTE examples step-by-step, while I'm doing it
I just saw this part on example (cell_measurement.c, code is below)
As I see, it sets sampling rate to 4 times the original if original one is
below 10e6. What does it mean? Without this part, keeping the original
sampling rate, the example application should work well, right?
Thanks, Enes.
if (srate < 10e6) {
srslte_rf_set_master_clock_rate(&rf, 4 * srate);
} else {
srslte_rf_set_master_clock_rate(&rf, srate);
}
