[srslte-users] SRS-LTE Job - LTE PCI Scanner

I'm looking for someone to take srs-LTE and make a command line program that can measure every second for a given a list of EARFCN's and associated # of resource blocks per EARFCN, up to 20 EARFCN's if possible

Measure the PCI's seen on each EARFCN and for each PCI report the:
RSRP
SINR
RSSI
Measurement Timestamp

Example command line output could be:
2017-04-20T17:00.123, EARFCN 1000, PCI 150, RB 50, RSSI -50 dBm, RSRP -90 dBm, SINR 10 dB
2017-04-20T17:00.223, EARFCN 1100, PCI 225, RB 75, RSSI -50 dBm, RSRP -90 dBm, SINR 10 dB

Is there someone that can take this project on and build for BladeRF x40 with the XB 300 amplifier board? Note that when using cell_measurement in the examples, the RSRP is completely invalid or I don't know how to configure the BladeRF properly.
