There also is NextEPC : http://nextepc.org/ which works fine with SRSenb.

Take note that most opensource HSS implementations don't include support
for Dummy XOR USIM authentication algorithm (Amarisoft EPC does), which may
give you issues when you try using particular test USIMs. I've patched
NextEPC to support XOR authentication, and I'll probably submit a patch for
openair-cn also.

openair seems to be the most feature-complete implementation of all
opensource solutions right now.
