[srslte-users] srsENB configuration file content

Greetings!

I have srsenb running with an Ettus B200 and the default configuration files (enb.conf, sib.conf, rr.conf, drb.conf) as defaults save for the EARFCN I have set to 900 for a downlink frequency of 1960MHz
In a separate machine with its own B200 I run uhd_fft and confirm that there is a block of bandwidth in use from 1957 to 1963 MHz
I have a BLU NEO X LTE handset that scans for all available networks. It picks up T-Mobile 2G/4G, AT&T 3G/4G, Sprint 4G and a couple of MCC/MNCs that are Verizon. It does not detect my srsenb MCC/MNC of 00101.
I did use srsue set to 751MHz (Verizon) and had PCAP file set to true. In that PCAP file I see the SIB1 and SIB2/SIB3 from Verizon, to use as reference. Something transmitted by Verizon's eNodeB is agreeable to this handset. Something transmitted by my instance of srsenb, is not agreeable.
The handset is advertised to work in LTE bands 2, 4, 7, 12 and 17. I have vacant spots in bands 2, 4 and 7. So, what other than the EARFCN must be changed for a 'real' handset to recognize the LTE cell's existence?
Thanks!
