[srslte-users] What to adjust so that a handset sees srsENB PSS/SSS?

Hello, for those of you that have seen your srsENB as an available network on a 4G handset, what parameters needed to be changed?
I have tried so many different things and a BLU NEO X LTE refuses to see the srsENB. I can attach to it with srsUE, and using the cell_search program (under examples directory) it sees it fine. Any help appreciated!
