[srslte-users] Trying to get a handset to see my srsENB instance

Other than the EARFCN, are there any other parameters that must be changed? I am using a BLU NEO X LTE handset. I have tried:
1. drb (6, 15, 25)2. tx gain / rx gain3. EUTRA bands 2, 4, 7 and 12 (700)4. Various locations in the lab (distance and direction)
Nothing I do makes the handset successfully see the srsENB. I did use srsUE to scan AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. One difference I see is that srsENB only sends SIB1,SIB2 whereas those commercial networks include SIB3 as well.
Is there something I can do to make the srsENB visible to the handset?
