[srslte-users] srsue unable to find cell when using agc

When running srsue configured for AGC (commented out rx_gain in config
file)  I am unable to find the cell. Just keeps searching.   Using a value
for rx_gain it finds it without issue.  Is there another way to turn on AGC
or something I am missing.

This is with the latest 17.09 version, Release 2.0 worked without issue.
