[srslte-users] srsENB and openair-cn

My setup is:

- OAI Core Network isolated in a VM, which is connected through Eth0 to
srsENB (VM has full control of the Ethernet device, thanks for Virtual
Box).
- srsENB connected on the other side of the Eth0 cable.
