[srslte-users] Regarding connection between OAI UE with SRS eNB

Hey Nilla,

It is not possible to correctly run the SRSENB without an EPC, some of the
attach procedure will still work, this shouldn't affect the RAR for
instance.

Could you send the logs and we can have a look, a mismatch with the RAR may
indicate a timing issue.
