[srslte-users] RAR not found

Ok, I've attached enb.log and ue.log showing the problem I'm having. The 
things I'm concerned about are:

1) The line "[RRC ] [W] Detected Radio-Link Failure" in ue.log

2) The tun_srsue interface never shows up, so I'm unable to ping the eNB
