[srslte-users] Tuning rf power setup for B210

Dear all,
I have tested the srsENB with a commercial phone.
The maximum speed is about 27Mbps for 10MHZ. and it is lower the
theoretical throughput of 10MHZ (35Mbps).

I found that there are many HARQ retransmissions happen due to an NACK.
Even through I have put the phone next to the srsENB. RSRP = -84 RSRQ = -4


I suspect the power setup is not correct. How can I address this problem?

My setup is
dl_earfcn = 3300
tx_gain = 75
rx_gain = 50
