[srslte-users] srsenb can not connect to srsepc

Dear，all
I can  succeed in running srsenb and srsepc in two computers separately in a local network.
The ‘ping’ command shows that the delay is about 2 ms.
i want to run srsepc in a Cloud Server ,and run srsenb in a local computer which has a public ip .
I tested and failed.
The srsenb can not connect to srsepc and there is no any response in srsepc.
The ‘ping’ command shows that  delay is about 65 ms.
I am sure that the  Cloud Server and the local computer can get access each other.
I am doubet whether the delay between srsepc and srsenb is too long and affects the communication between srsenb and srsepc.
If you can give any suggestion，i will be grateful.
