Dear all,
i meet the same problem.
i buy a white sim card and get a software to write sim card.
i get imsi,Key and OP from the file named user_db.csv and and  write them into sim card with the software.
but it does not work and can not connect to internet.
srsepc prompts:
Plain UL  NAS:Authentication Failure
MAC code failure
Could you give me any idea?
