[srslte-users] Integrating new libraries and code in srslte

Ciao Umberto,
take a look at the following repository.
Link: https://github.com/5g-empower/empower-srsLTE/tree/agent
Be sure to look at branch Agent.
Inside that version of srsLTE I integrated two custom libraries (empower
agent and empower network protocols) inside the srsENB software.
Basically I added two new CMake modules inside cmale/modules subfolder and
linked everything inside the eNB CMakeLists.txt.
Following what I did there will work for every kind of library (and should
be the appropriate way following srs style).
