[srslte-users] Spectral efficiency

Dear all,
I want to compute the predicted spectral efficiency of the active users at
the current TTI, and sort them based on this parameter.
 As I understood, the following functions from  the scheduler_ue.cc are
related to calculation of the spectral efficiency. If so, would you plz
give me more information about the functionality of these functions?
