[srslte-users] srsLTE 18.09 Release Announcement

Hi everyone,

we are very excited about releasing srsLTE 18.09 to the wild. This
release mainly features improvements under the hood. We've refactored
parts of the upper layers, fixed a number of issues, and tweaked the
performance in various other parts of the code, for example, the Turbo
decoder.

We've also included a number of changes that improve overall
configurability, such as defining the SGi interface name and various
other parameters in the eNB and EPC.

The updated native bladeRF driver now works well with the new bladeRF
2.0 micro.
