[srslte-users] pdsch_ue and cell_search can't find any networks.

PS: I was getting the following warnings when running pdsch_ue:
UHD warning:
The hardware does not support the requested RX sample rate:
Target sampling rate: 1.920000 MSps
Actual sampling rate: 1.923077 MSps.
UHD warning:
The hardware does not support the requested TX sample rate:
Target sampling rate: 1.920000 MSps
Actual sampling rate: 1.923077 MSps
I assume the 2nd warning shouldn't be an issue since, pdshc_ue will only be
receiving.
