[srslte-users] is there any tpc control logic in the code

Hi all,
i find there is method that  setting tpc in scheduler.cc the method named tpc_inc and tpc_dec.
but i can't find anywhere that call these two method. is there any other place that setting the tpc or this part have not finished.
