Hi Antonio,
you need duplexer if you use amplifier in TX side.
due to the linearity problem of the amplifier there will be sideband signal around the TX frequency. the sideband signal can be leak to the rx frequency so become rx noise. when you use duplexer you can filter the sideband signal.

provide SDR PA LNA duplexer

Best Regards

Subject: [srslte-users] Outdoor usage

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to setup srsLTE for outdoor usage in a small area with a USRP B210 as RF frontend. To this aim, I'm using two amplifiers: MiniCircuits ZX60-V63+ in TX and ZX60-33LNR-S+ in RX. I'm wondering why I notice some deterioration of the uplink SNR when I use both amplifiers, while the SNR is pretty high when I use only the RX amplifier. The only thing I can think of is that I'm not using any RF filter but I can't confirm it as I don't have any filter.
Do you have any HW suggestions that would offer good outdoor performances?

Thank you,
Antonio
