[srslte-users] MME and srsENB

Hi friends,

I have installed the srsLTE files as required. However, when running "srsue
and srsepc" codes correctly, I get the error "srsEnb" during connection
(failed to connect to MME - 10 seconds). The output is as follows:
Built in Release mode using commit 0e89fa9 on branch master.
