[srslte-users] iPhone XR reconfiguration error with srsLTE 18.09

Hi Pedro,

thanks for your help. Unfortunately, using the patch or the 18.12 as
core did not help. In the meantime I played a with the drb config, also
without any success :(. The reconfiguration looks fine for me, as it is
well-formed.
