[srslte-users] srsLTE does not detect external clock source.

Hi all,

I am using a USRP B200mini and require a very accurate clock that does not
drift. To achieve this I have connected an external 3.3V 1PPS signal to the
B200mini external reference input. The issue is that when I run srsLTE I
still get clock drift; the external clock is either not used or the SDR
can't lock onto it.

I have set device_args = "clock=external" in ue.conf and added a printf()
line in rf_uhm_imp.c to print out the clock source and it does print out
that the external clock source is selected.

Assuming the external GPSDO has had plenty of time to warmup and stabilise,
how long should it take for the SDR running srsLTE to lock to the external
signal? Do I need to create some sort of loop in srsLTE and continue
looping until it locks to the external clock source?
