[srslte-users] srsENB SIB10/SIB11 functionality

As part of a project i was tasked with demonstrating the RAN aspects of the
ETWS (Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System) within LTE. I was originally
looking into open air interface to do this but the code for srslte is much
easier to work with and has better support for my current hardware. Im
looking for any pointers on how to go about implementing SIB 10 and SIB 11
capabilities within srsENB

Any advice much appreciated,
