[srslte-users] Manual Band Config with cotsUE

Hi,

Has anyone successfully connected srsENB to a cotsUE using dl_freq and
ul_freq instead of dl_earfcn? The signal is seen on a spectrum analyzer and
works with an srsUE but not does not even show up for cotsUEs.
