Hi,
there is underflow in your log maybe your CPU do not have enough power to deal with the data for 75 and 100PRB. or there is interfere for the frequency band for 75 and 100PRB, you can change the earfcn to try.

the ue is my phone，HUAWEI mate10，and enb logs is in the attachment.
enb console output is as follow:
