[srslte-users] Crash in srsEPC

I tested patch but it did not work.The crash occurs right before executing "send_downlink_nas_transport" method and not even enter this method ....

If I am not mistaken, this bug was spotted before by another user (Joe
Giovatto) and there should be a fix for it already prepared for the
next release.

Can you try this patch and see if it fixes it for you?
