[srslte-users] The processing time in the srsenb of a data package and the transmission time between srsenb and phone

Dear all,
I use my phone as UE to get access to the video in my server.
I want to know the delay time between the time when the data of the video arrive at the srsenb and the time  the data of the video arrive at the my phone,that is ,i want to know the processing time  in the srsenb  of a data package and the transmission time between srsenb and phone at any time.
How can i get the  time ?Any idea or help is needed.
