[srslte-users] Version 19.03 PRB 100 issue

I don't know if it's related to your problem
but band 7 is in [2620 - 2690] MHz.
100 PRBs is 20 MHz of bandwidth.
So setting center frequency to 2685 MHz (earfcn = 3400) is not
possible with 100 PRBs. Maximum would be 2680 MHz (earfcn = 3350)
I think.

http://niviuk.free.fr/lte_band.php is a nice resource for LTE
frequencies.
