[srslte-users] Having troubles to connect srsUE with srsENB

Hi,

I didn't have the UE as my colleague was using it. Today, I got a chance to
access it. Here are the logs of EPC and ENB of srsLTE while connecting to a
commercial UE.
EPC detects the incoming IMSI number, but, it fails to connect. Is there a
specific procedure to add the UE details in the user_db.csv or I enter them
manually? Currently, I just entered them manually in a editor, since it is
a csv file.
