[srslte-users] Running srsue and srsenb on the same machine

Another issue I have seen with Ubuntu 19.04 is that the newer SDR driver is
now recognizing audio devices as SDR and seems srsue only takes the first
found SDR device.
Manually hacking into the device list and picking up the right index made
everything working as expected, still wondering if the device index can be
configured in config files?
