[srslte-users] srsLTE 19.03 Release Announcement

Hi everyone,

We're very excited to announce the release of srsLTE 19.03!

Long awaited .. finally there. This release of srsLTE comes with a big
refactor of the PHY library that was needed to integrate new features
such as support for TDD and Carrier Aggregation (CA) in srsUE.

We've added paging support to srsEPC and integrated user-plane
encryption in srsENB.

This release also includes a new RF driver based on ZeroMQ that allows
receiving and transmiting I/Q samples over IPC or across a network using
the TCP/IP transport. We've also integrated a channel simulator in the
PHY library that supports the main EPA, EVA and ETU 3GPP channel models.

Please note that, although both are features are fully-functional, we
still consider them as experimental at this stage.

Needless to say we've fixed and tweaked numerous parts of the software
throughout the code base.
