Well, I am no coder, but a RF guy :)

On both Jetsons I have here, TX2 and Nano, it takes ages at maybe 25% CPU load until the radio goes on air. Need to see how a RasPi behaves...

Edit: Magically the issue seems gone. Hmmm :)
