Hi everyone,
I am Priya, master student at UTD, Dallas. In our research lab testbed, we
have OAI UE, eNB (with if4p5 split) and EPC. Recently I am trying to
integrate srsUE with OAI eNB.
The UE machine is in Ubuntu Linux 14.04 distribution (which has OAI UE
software) and when I tried to compile the latest version of srsLTE (release
18_12), I was getting compilation error of rrc file. So I moved to the
older version - release_18_03_1, which compiled successfully. But when I
tried to run srsue, the cell synchronization was not established. OAI eNB
is operating at band 7 (downlink 2.6GHz with 25 PRB (5 MHz bandwidth). The
UHD version I had was 3.14. I played around modifying the UHD version to
3.9 and 3.10.
But when I try the 'cell search -b 7 -v 1', it is not able to detect pss,
sss and result always comes as Found 0 cells. I read in one of documents
that srsLTE shall work on Ubuntu Linux 14.04 as well.
Regd. RF parameter setting in ue.conf
dl_earfcn = 3400
freq_offset = 0
tx_gain = 80.
Please help me to understand is there any specific reason for this cell
detection problem. Thank you.
Regards,
Priya
