[srslte-users] srsENB command not found error

Hi Ehsan,
if you did not run sudo make install you need to run sudo srsenb/src/srsenb
enb.conf. Regarding the ctest failures, it is a known issue for processors
without AVX2. It will be fixed for next release and it should not affect
srsue/enb performance.
