[srslte-users] Setting neighbor table and getting measurements in srsenb

Hi srslte-users,

I'm working on a project involving LTE neighbor tables but seem stuck. I'd
like to configure our test enb to point at a few specific frequencies and
have our commercial UE report that back. Unfortunately, I can't figure out
how this is done; nothing in the configuration screams neighbor table and
my search through the code only reveals 1) that it's spelled "neighbour"
and 2) its primarily present in srsue (presumably for measurement purposes).

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
