[srslte-users] Testing srsUE with rohde & schwarz cmw500 eNB

Hey,

we've tested the UE a couple of times with the CMW500 and UXM and it
works fine. But of course, as with any other system, there are plenty of
things that you can do wrong or misconfigure. No way to know without
proper logs.
