Are you connecting to an COTS UE or srsUE?
If it's a COTS UE do you know your SIM card credentials and do they
match on the users_db.csv?
Particularly relevant is the SIM's authentication algorithm, the IMSI,
and the Key.
If you are using MILENAGE authentication, you will also need to know
if you are using OP or OPc (usually it's OPc) and configure the OP/OPc
value correctly in the users_db.csv.
