[srslte-users] async_scell_recv class

Hi Xavier,

I'm back again.
In async_scell_recv.h, async_scell_recv class does not inherit
chest_feedback_itf. But the comment said they are from chest_feedback_itf.

Second, in_sync(), out_of_sync(), set_cfo() are not used in the
async_scell_recv class currently. Are they for future use?
