[srslte-users] limesdr usb not finding cells with cell_search

Hi Bill,

i do not know the solution, but i know a workaround.

In the current release cell search do not work with the limeSDR, i have 
the same problem.
You have to checkout to release 18_06, here is the cell_search working.
